All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable UK taxes. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price payable is the amount shown at the time of order confirmation.
5. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. Payment must be received in full before dispatch.
We accept payments via Shopify Payments, PayPal, and debit or credit card.
All payments are processed securely; WX Padel LTD does not store full card details.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch by contacting us at sales@wxpadel.co.uk.
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.
7. Shipping and Delivery
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. WX Padel LTD is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or events beyond our control.
8. Returns and Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, contact sales@wxpadel.co.uk with your order details. Returned items must be in resaleable condition.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of receiving the returned goods.

We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by couriers or misuse of products by customers.
