This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how WX Padel LTD processes and delivers customer orders placed through our website.
We aim to provide a fast, reliable, and transparent delivery service across the United Kingdom.
2. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
3. Delivery Methods
Orders are shipped using a mix of trusted UK couriers, including Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, and other reliable partners.
The courier used will depend on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
4. Delivery Options and Timeframes
We offer the following delivery options:

Next Day Delivery – for orders placed before 1pm (Monday to Friday).

Free Express Delivery on orders over £99.99 (1–2 Working Days)
- Express Delivery on orders Under £99.99 (1–2 Working Days)

Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm® - for orders placed before 1pm (Monday to Friday).
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier workload, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 18:00 on working days will be dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends/public holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
6. Delivery Charges
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected service and delivery location.
We offer free Express UK delivery on orders over £99 (after discounts and promotions).
7. Tracking Information
Tracking details will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.
Customers can use this tracking link to monitor the status of their delivery.
8. Delivery Schedule
Standard deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Weekend deliveries are available only if selected at checkout.
9. Delays and Responsibility
While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, WX Padel LTD is not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, strikes, or other events beyond our control.
Once the order has been handed to the courier, responsibility for delivery passes to them.
10. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us at sales@wxpadel.co.uk.
We will open an investigation with the courier.
Once confirmed lost or damaged, we will either replace the item or issue a full refund.
11. Delivery Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery information entered at checkout is correct and complete.
WX Padel LTD is not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
12. Signatures and Safe-Place Deliveries
Couriers may require a signature upon delivery.
If a customer authorises delivery to a “safe place” or with a neighbour, WX Padel LTD is not liable for any loss or damage once the courier marks the parcel as delivered.
