Returns & Refund Policy

1. Introduction

This Returns & Refund Policy explains how WX Padel LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles product returns, exchanges, and refunds for items purchased through our website.
We aim to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase and that any issues are handled fairly and efficiently.


2. Return Eligibility

Customers must contact us by email at sales@wxpadel.co.uk before returning any item to receive approval and further instructions.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless faulty. These include:

  • Opened or used grips and balls.

  • Items showing visible signs of use or damage not caused during delivery.

  • Personal-use or hygiene-related accessories.


4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked postal service for all returns, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.


5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item (for example, for a different size, model, or colour), please contact us at sales@wxpadel.co.uk.
Once the original item has been received and inspected, we will arrange the exchange and ship the replacement to you.


6. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, please email sales@wxpadel.co.uk immediately with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
All items will be inspected upon return. Once confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will either:

  • Replace the item at no cost to you, or

  • Issue a full refund, including original shipping charges.


7. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.

  • If the returned item is not in its original condition, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or reject the claim.


8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not been shipped.
To cancel an order, contact us immediately at sales@wxpadel.co.uk.
Once an order has been dispatched, it will instead fall under this Returns Policy.


9. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not been received after 7 working days from approval, please contact us directly at sales@wxpadel.co.uk for assistance.
We will work with our payment processor to resolve the matter promptly.
